Within 4-8 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (this applies to deliveries in the main cities of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), assuming the items you have ordered are available.

Deliveries abroad, to Europe and the rest of the world are 7-12 days and we ship with TNT. For deliveries to Europe an the rest of the world, the buyer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes that probably should pay in order to receive the purchase.

If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.

Ιn all cases where you are asking for a refund or replacement of the product purchased you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item via the email address eshop@tsakirismallas.gr explaining the reason you are asking for return or replacement, and you should also provide a contact telephone number.

All orders outside of Greece are responsible for their return shipping costs, except from those cases of product defects or delivery of the wrong product.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal and return of the product by the Buyer, if he is not within a State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EOA) the Seller will deduct from the amount to be repaid to the Buyer any amount the Seller is obliged to pay for customs charges and related costs, which will be borne by the Buyer.
