Free Shipping on all orders Within Greece over 50€.
Our aim is to deliver the item(s) you have ordered in the shortest possible time, keeping the shipping process as simple as possible.
However, the average time for the execution and dispatch of orders ranges from 2 to 8 working days.
Keep in mind that the orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning.
DELIVERIES IN GREECE
Within 4-8 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (this applies to deliveries in the main cities of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), assuming the items you have ordered are available.
DELIVERIES TO CYPRUS
Most orders will ship within a few days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). All parcels to Cyprus are delivered within 3-12 days, depending on the Service a User has sellected.
DELIVERIES TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF WORLD
Deliveries abroad, to Europe and the rest of the world are 7-12 days and we ship with TNT. For deliveries to Europe an the rest of the world, the buyer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes that probably should pay in order to receive the purchase.
These time limits do not apply in periods of bad weather, strikes or during any force majeure event which may affect delivery times.
All items from the Bridal collection as Handmade products, that are produced upon request and delivered within 15 to 20 days.
* If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.
You may return or exchange an item free of charge within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. This free return policy applies to first returns/exchanges within Greece.
Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry (earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces) and hair accessories are non-returnable.

For returns outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), any customs duties or related fees paid by the company are non-refundable, and these costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, NON-COLLECTION OR DELIVERY REFUSAL
If the customer wishes to return a product without requesting a replacement (e.g., change of mind), the following charges apply:
- A fixed return fee of €3.00 (within Greece) or €8.00 (for Cyprus). For returns from within or outside the EU, please contact us for applicable charges.
- If the original payment was made by cash on delivery, the €2.00 COD fee is non-refundable.
- For European Union & Non-EU Countries all return shipping costs are borne solely by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days following receipt and quality inspection of the returned product.
