www.tsakirismallas.gr is the online store responsible for sale of the products of the company trading under the name “TSAKIRIS MALLAS Footwear and Leather Products SA” (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, referred to as “TSAKIRIS MALLAS”), with registered offices in Argiroupoli, Attica, at 60, Vouliagmeni Avenue, Argiroupoli (Tax Reg. No.: 095401550/Piraeus Commercial Companies’ Tax Office).

The company’s concern is to set out the terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations of TSAKIRIS MALLAS as owner of its online store at www.tsakirismallas.gr , for all visitors to its web pages, so that you can enjoy the best service possible when searching for or buying products from its store.

All transactions made through www.tsakirismallas.gr are governed by international and European legislation regulating issues pertaining to e-commerce, as well as by Greek Law pertaining to Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates matters related to distance selling.

“TSAKIRIS MALLAS” undertakes the obligation to inform users of any amendments or any other changes on the appropriate page of the e-shop website. “TSAKIRIS MALLAS” reserves the right to update or unilaterally amend the present terms and conditions of the transactions made via the e-shop, in accordance with its needs and commonly accepted commercial practices.

Changes to terms and conditions do not apply to orders which are already in progress.

 

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any user may browse the online store www.tsakirismallas.gr without providing any personal information. The cases where we will need some personal details (name, email address, shipping address, phone, etc.) is generally for processing of your order.

For all products listed in the online store at www.tsakirismallas.gr there are indications showing current availability. In all cases it should be made clear that the delivery time of your order is subject to the availability of items at our warehouse. If the item is not available there will be prompt notification of non-availability.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The online store www.tsakirismallas.gr and all of the content of its web pages (photos, text, graphics, services, products, names, images, logos and trademarks that represent “TSAKIRIS MALLAS” and its online shop) are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law. As such, any use of the aforementioned content is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of “TSAKIRIS MALLAS”.

 

6. PRODUCT PURCHASES - ORDERS

On the www.tsakirismallas.gr website you will find step by step information about the process you must follow to complete your order. You will be given helpful advice on identifying and correcting potential errors when placing your order (e.g. selection of the type, quantity, payment terms etc.).

Upon completion of your order we will send you e-mail confirmation, which will be followed by a subsequent e-mail informing you about shipment.

Regarding orders with shipping method, the service is undertaken by the physical store selected for pickup.

 

7. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OFFERS

From time to time, the company "TSAKIRIS MALLAS" posts various promotions with offers and / or discounts. These actions may concern only the company's online store, only physical points of sale (stores) or both.

These actions usually remain active for as long as there is available and there is no specific expiration date or they may stop at any time without any prior notification.

 

Loafers Promotion - With the purchase of 2 pairs or more, get greater discount

This promotion provides even greater discounts on selected Loafers codes - with the purchase of 2 pairs or more, the shopper benefits from an additional discount.

Due to the nature of this promotion, there is no refund available on just one of the two pairs purchased. In cases of pair returns and refunds, all pairs related to this promotion must be returned.

However, there is the possibility of changes. In particular, the pairs relating to the specific action can be returned and exchanged with the same design in another shoe number or replaced only with another design that also participates in the specific promotion.

It is not possible to return one of the two pairs of the promotion and replace it with a pair or another product not participating in the promotion.

 

8. EXCHANGES - RETURNS - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

In case you wish to change, replace or return the product you purchased, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt at [email protected] , communicating the reason for the return or replacement and filling in the contact phone number. Afterwards, you will be contacted by the courier company to arrange the return of your parcel. 

The first return of an order is completely free within Greece.

The first return of an order, provided that products are of equal value to the original order, is completely free within Cyprus & EU.

In regards to orders that have been selected as "pick up from the store" , changes and returns will only be accepted at the originally chosen by the customer, pickup store and only that store is responsible for handling these cases. 

Return conditions: 

  • The product must be unused, in the state that have been received, with their tags and original packaging intact.
  • Products that belong to the jewelry category (earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces) and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products that belong to the custom made & bridal categories, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product.
  • The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt, invoice, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.).
  • The product must be in its original condition, complete and undamaged, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. Returns in which the packaging (shoe box, tags, dust bags, etc.) or the product is damaged will not be accepted.

 

In order for the products to arrive in good condition, we suggest you to keep the original outer packaging or pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipping. 

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement for the following reasons: 

 

1. WRONG PRODUCT SHIPMENTS 

In the rare case that you received a product in a different design, size or color than the one ordered, you may return the product, following the procedure as stated above.  

The return of an incorrect order is completely free within Greece & Cyprus and will be arranged only via the courier company, which we will indicate. 

 

2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECT 

When there is a genuine defect in the product, you have the right to return that product and request its replacement with another of equal or greater value, or more than one product that matches the cost of your original order, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. 

The return of the product is free within Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department (+30) 2109976180 (Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00), which will send the relevant courier company to receive the product. 

Especially for Outlet or Stock products, it is clarified that the existence of normal wear and mild alterations are expected and do not make these products unsuitable. Such products are labeled as Outlet and minor wear & tear does not constitute a defect. 

 

3. CHANGE OF PRODUCT 

If you wish to change the product you purchased, you must fill in an e-mail the size (if necessary) and the code or codes of the products you want to receive and our customer service team will contact you. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service department directly at (+30) 2109976180. 

In case a product is defective or does not fit you, you can return it within 14 calendar days (once per order, at no cost). In order to arrange the return of a product you will always have to contact our customer service department (+30 2109976180, Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00) and the return will be arranged only through the courier company, which we will indicate to you. 

 

4. WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the product you purchased by exercising the right of withdrawal and - only if the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt and only after contacting our customer service team. 

Excluded are all products in the jewelry category (earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces) and hair accessories, which are not returnable for hygiene reasons. 

The return of the products should be done exclusively by a courier indicated by "TSAKIRIS MALLAS". Refunds are made for product purchases made with cash (cash on delivery), credit card, bank deposit or Paypal. Your refund process will be completed no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products by our quality control and as long as they are in perfect condition. 

In case you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product and you reside outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, the seller will deduct from the amount that will be refunded, customs charges and related costs. 

To find out about the exact date of the refund, please contact your bank. 

The products purchased from the online store "www.tsakirismallas.gr" can be changed in one of our physical stores, always after consultation with the customer service department, (+30) 2109976180 (Monday - Friday 09:00 -18:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays) - Outlet or Stock products can only be returned through the eshop. 

 

5. FREE PRODUCT RETURNS

Within Greece 

The first return and reshipment of products will be processed without any charge, under the condition that the order has been returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt (either you return it to the point we indicate or send it via the courier company we indicate). 

After the first return and reshipment of orders and for each additional return, there will be a charge of €2.00 for each return and €2.00 for each reshipment of products. 

All returns are made via ACS Courier. In case the customer returns a product via another courier company, our Company, depending on the case, is entitled to: 

  • Reject the cost of the return and the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer
  • Reject any return that incurs shipping costs and is carried out with another courier company.

 

Cyprus 

The first return of an order, provided that products are of equal value to the original order, is carried out without any charge for the customer within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt by Geniki Taxydromiki courier. 

For Cyprus the charge after the first return and reshipment of orders and for each additional return is €8.00 for each return and €8.00 for each reshipment of products. 

All returns & reshipments are made via Geniki Taxydromiki courier. In case the customer returns a product using another courier company, our Company, depending on the case, is entitled to: 

  • Reject the cost of the return and the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer
  • Reject any return that incurs shipping costs and is carried out with another courier company.

 

European Union countries 

The first return of an order, provided that products are of equal value to the original order, is carried out at no cost to the customer, under the condition that the order has been returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt with the courier company indicated by our company (TNT – FedEx). Nevertheless, and if they exist, the cost of customs clearance will be paid by the customer. 

The company will not accept any additional costs arising by fault of the customer. 

After the first return and reshipment of orders and for each additional return, there will be a corresponding fee (based on the country of return & reshipment) for each return and for each reshipment of products. 

All returns & reshipments will be made by the courier company that our Company will indicate to you. In case you return a product with another courier company, our Company, depending on the case, is entitled to: 

  • Reject the cost of the return and the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer
  • Reject any return that incurs shipping costs and is carried out with another courier company.

 

Countries Outside Europe 

For orders outside Europe, the cost of return is paid by the customer from the first return (except for defective products for which the cost of return is paid by the Company). 

In order to accept your return, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Once our Company is notified will indicate the courier company (TNT – FedEx) you will have to use in order to return your items. 

In order to proceed with your return you will have to notify us via e-mail at [email protected] informing us of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in the contact phone number. 

The company will not accept any additional costs arising from the fault of the customer. 

All returns & reshipments are made with the courier company that our company will indicate to you. In case the customer returns a product with another courier company, our Company, depending on the case, is entitled to: 

  • Reject the cost of the return and the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer
  • Reject any return that incurs shipping costs and is carried out with another courier company.

 

9. OUTLET PRODUCTS

On our website and in selected stores you can find Outlet products at discounted prices. 

Outlet products are products that can be worn without any problem and their manufacturing quality is the same compared to the rest of the products. 

Nevertheless, in some Outlet products there may be some minor damage or mild changes in their colors which, however, do not create a further problem of suitability. 

Outlet products are: 

  • stock from previous seasons
  • inventories of deprecated trade codes
  • stock of old brands
  • old general inventories
  • types of outdated fashion products
  • surplus production items
  • items returned and/or stock due to order cancellations
  • items that belong to test or experimental series or are samples
  • items with slight alterations or normal wear and tear that do not render them unsuitable, as long as there is a relevant marking.

 

By purchasing Outlet products from the TSAKIRIS MALLAS website (www.tsakirismallas.gr) you declare that you are aware of and accept the terms of sale of Outlet products. 

In case the product you received does not satisfy you or you wish to replace it, you must inform us by email at [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt informing us of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in your contact phone number. We will arrange for the items to be collected by the courier company we work with. The first return of the parcel is completely free within Greece. 

This procedure only concerns changes and returns in Greece. If an order has been placed from Cyprus or any other country, you can contact us at (+30) 2109976180 (Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 EET) or via e-mail at [email protected].

For "pick up from the store" changes and returns of orders, will only be accepted at the originally chosen, by the customer, pickup store and only that store is responsible for handling these cases - Outlet or Stock products can only be returned through the eshop.  

 

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For any cancellation of an order before it has been shipped and delivered to the courier, you should contact us by phone at (+30) 2109976180 (Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 EET), quoting your order number. 

 

11. REFUNDS AFTER ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER RETURNS

In case of order cancellations or returns we guarantee that you will t be refunded the total cost of your order (including shipping). 

Nevertheless, in order for the return to be accepted, you must inform us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt by e-mail ([email protected]) of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in your contact telephone number. 

Please note that only the first return of the parcel is completely free within Greece, Cyprus & EU. Bank charges, customs & duty charges or costs caused by the customer will not be accepted by our Company and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

For orders outside Greece, Cyprus and EU, from the first return, the cost of the return will be paid by the customer (except for defective products for which the cost of return will be paid by the Company). 

All refunds are completed within (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by our Company and as long as there are no obstacles in relation to the return conditions of our terms & conditions. 

 

Payment by card 

If you have paid by credit or debit card, the refund process begins on the day our Company receives your return. 

The refund to your account can appear either as an offsetting movement, cancellation of the payment order of your order, or as a deposit from Tsakiris Mallas SA. 

In addition, the amount of time for the refund to be completed and appear in your account depends on your bank. 

The card refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made. 

If the payment was made in monthly interest-free installments, then the refund will be made in the corresponding monthly installments. 

 

Payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit 

If you have paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, then during your communication with the customer service department (+30) 2109976180 (Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00, excluding Saturday, Sunday & holidays) we will ask you to email us your bank account details (ie bank account IBAN, beneficiary, bank name and swift code) in order to proceed with the refund. 

The amount of time for the refund to be completed and appear in your account depends on your bank. 

 

Payment by PayPal 

If you have paid by PayPal, the refund process starts on the day our Company receives your return and will be refunded in your PayPal account. 

 

12. METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. CREDIT CARD

Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018) and securely manages transaction details through cards, according to the regulatory framework of the Card Transaction Security Management Standard. Everypay is certified according to the card transaction management assurance standard (PCI DSS) and is subject to periodic audits by a specialized consulting company. All Everypay services are done through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the possibility of using the 3D Secure service, an additional security layer for VISA & MasterCard cards. 

The payer will then have to enter their personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction. 

 

2. CASH ON DELIVERY 

The customer pays upon delivery of the order to the employee of the courier company who acts on the instructions of "TSAKIRIS MALLAS". In this case, the customer will be charged a cash on delivery fee of €2.00 (including the relevant VAT). Cash on delivery only applies to orders within Greece. Please note that for orders over €500 for which cash on delivery will be selected as the payment method, payment of the price will be made to the employee of the courier company exclusively by credit/debit card. 

The Company has the right to refuse the possibility of payment by cash on delivery to customers who systematically place orders by cash on delivery but do not receive them. 

 

3. PAYPAL

Once you have completed filling in the rest of the information required to place the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure Paypal site, from where you will have the option to either fill in your credit card information directly or register and log in to your existing Paypal account and use your saved details. 

The price does not include any charges imposed by the country where the Buyer is located and to which the product is dispatched. (E.g. custom duties, import duries, excise duties. The buyer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes that probably should pay in order to receive the purchase. etc.

 

4.DEPOSIT INTO A BANK ACCOUNT VIA PAYGATE eBANKING

You can pay for your order by ebanking, through Eurobank's paygate service, within one hour of completing your order online. Once your deposit appears in our account, your order will be shipped. 

If you have not made the deposit within 1 hour of placing the order, then it is automatically cancelled. For payments by bank transfer or account transfer from another bank, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the expense of the sender ("OUR", not "SHA"). This option is available for transactions through Greek banks. 

The transaction price does not include any charges imposed by the country in which the buyer is located, where the product is sent (e.g. customs, import duties, excise taxes, etc.). Any charges that may arise will be paid by the buyer. 

 

5. PAY WITH Klarna IN 3 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS & WITHOUT USING CREDIT CARD

For purchases that exceed €30, you may use Klarna to complete your purchases and pay in 3 interest-free installments, using only your debit card.

The specific payment method is simple: Add your favorite product to the cart & choose Klarna as the preferred payment method.

Check the 3 interest-free installments amount & proceed to payment. If this is your first purchase with Klarna, you will need to register with their service to confirm your identity. In this case you will only need to fill in all the requested necessary information.

Important! You will need to attach an identification document, for example your ID, in the form of photo or file. All payment information is processed by Klarna with complete security.

13. SHIPPING

Our aim is to deliver the item(s) you have ordered in the shortest possible time, keeping the shipping process as simple as possible.
However, the average time for the execution and dispatch of orders ranges from 2 to 8 working days.

Keep in mind that the orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning.

 

DELIVERIES IN GREECE

For orders: Free Shippingfor orders over 49 Euros. Otherwise there is a charge of 3 Euros. In case of return (size,color etc) or refund, there will be a charge of 3 Euros.

The item(s) you have ordered will be sent to the address you have given us through the courier company «ACS», «COURIER CENTER», «GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI» or «BOX NOW Lockers». “TSAKIRIS MALLAS” reserves the right to use a different courier company.

With our new service, you can receive your parcel any time, any day and from any locker that suits you!

1. Select BOX NOW Lockers as your shipping method when completing your order.
2. Choose the BOX NOW Locker that suits you (e.g. near your home or work).
3. Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a message with a six-digit XXXXXX PIN code on your mobile phone.
4. You can use this PIN code on the keypad of the Automated Parcel Collection Machine to collect your parcel from the corresponding drop box whenever you want - it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

MORE INFORMATION:

  • From the day the order is shipped & with BOX NOW support, your parcel will be delivered to the Locker of your choice in 24 hours.

DELIVERY

Most orders will ship within a few days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Keep in mind that the orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning.
The above time frame may not be applicable in force majeure cases.

From the dispatch date all items will be delivered within 2-7 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (this applies to deliveries in the main cities of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), assuming the items you have ordered are available. These time limits do not apply in periods of bad weather, strikes or during any force majeure event which may affect delivery times.

The above order execution & shipping times do not apply to bridal collection & custom products. These products are handmade, produced to order and will be available within 15 to 20 days from the order date.

If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.

 

DELIVERIES TO CYPRUS

Most orders will ship within a few days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Keep in mind that the orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday morning.
The above time frame may not be applicable in force majeure cases.

All parcels to Cyprus are delivered within 3-12 days, depending on the Service a User may Opt for:

- Economy service (Sea Shipping) with delivery within 7 to 12 working days from the day we ship your order (+€8.00).

- Express service (Air Shipping) with delivery within 3 to 5 working days from the day we ship your order (+€16.00).

We ship all our orders to Cyprus with Geniki Taxydromiki courier.

 

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF WORLD

From the day the order is sent, deliveries generally take between 7-12 working days and we ship with TNT. For deliveries to Europe an the rest of the world, the buyer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes that probably should pay in order to receive the purchase.

Category 1: The charge is 19.5 euros and this category includes the following countries:
